It's been a while

Hello,

I know it's been a while, but life has been interesting. Firstly, I am going to have a baby. I am more excited then I ever thought possible. I love this little one growing in my belly. I love knowing it's apart of my husband, itself, and I.
As I have been researching and learning about all the many different things that come with pregnancy I learned some important things about depression. If you have clinical depression and are pregnant there are a lot of options to help you through all the added hormone up's and down's. Talk with your OB. Have an open dialogue about how things are going with your depression. Talk to your spouse about what changes they have noticed with you mood wise. Tell the doctor everything and let them know that you have ups and downs how intense, how often, and how it's affecting things. The doctor will be able to tell from there if you need to stay on anti-depressants or if its just pregnancy. Don't risk your mental health. If you have lived with depression you know its not something that can be swept under the rug. This is a beautiful time of life.

I found this amazing video that helps speak up about depression and also helps identify signs. If you feel you can relate to this video please step up and find help. If you know some one who has told you that face these challenges, then I encourage you to tell them how proud you are of them for living it out and trying there best every freaking day.

Hope this helps...
